As the Head of Franchise Relationships, Gary Dans’ wealth of experience and knowledge having worked in the local real estate market for over 25 years, brings expertise and a much valued asset to the Hodges family.  Beginning his real estate career as a cadet at Methven Real Estate Mooroolbark, Gary’s career encompasses a number of senior management roles including the inception and running as a franchisee with Barry Plant Lilydale. In the Corporate sector – he was the Victorian and Tasmanian State Manager for LJ Hooker and the Chief Operating Officer for Harcourts Victoria.    

Gary brings a motivated and highly organised approach to his role at Hodges.  His exceptional knowledge and understanding of Operations and Franchising has come from more than two decades in the industry.  With natural people and communication skills, it’s no doubt his proficiency in leadership, sales, consulting, training, and customer service experience in the franchising and real estate industries is second to none. 

Away from the office, Gary enjoys spending time with family and two young children.  As a keen Geelong Football Club supporter, Gary enjoys the AFL and taking family and friends to watch the game.
