Her early experiences, including property viewings with her father, sparked her interest in the field. After receiving her education both locally and internationally, Lucinda began her career in property management in 1992, honing her skills at various reputable agencies across Melbourne, including North Melbourne, Caulfield North, and Dingley Village.

Since joining the Beaumaris real estate market in 2001, she has established herself as a leading Property Manager, fostering long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and local businesses.
